Mary Elizabeth Smith, age 73, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Asbury Place of Maryville. She was a member of Central Baptist Church of Alcoa; Preceded in death by her parents, William 'Bill' and Thelma Burger; husband, Donald R. Smith Sr.; sisters, Martha Lowe and Orene Morgan; brother, Gerald Burger; and son-in-law, Michael Breeden. Survivors include her Daughters, Kathy Smith of Louisville and Sherry P. Breeden of Maryville; sons and daughter-in-law, Jeff Smith of Louisville, Donald Ray Jr. (Pudge) & Patti Smith of Maryville; grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Justin Smith, Nathan Smith, Trey Smith and fiancé, Stephanie Wood, Rebecca and Steven Pack, Lindsey Merriman, and Jordan Garner; great-grandson, Nathan Beeler; brothers and sisters-in-law, Oscar and JoAnn Smith, Charles and Marian Smith; Marianna Smith; Lela Bozeman, Norma Jean Millsaps; brothers-in-law, Wayne Lowe and Wayne Morgan; special friends, Roy, Sara, and Amber Woods, and Bill Johnson; special nephew, Brad Carpenter and other nieces and nephews also survive. The family would like to express special thanks to East Tennessee Dialysis Center, D.C.I., and Asbury Place. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2013 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Mike Parker and Rev. George Gilbert officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in Grandview Cemetery for the Interment Service.
