February 28, 1935 — January 17, 2017

Mary Jane Pyle age 81 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Asbury Place. She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and attended First United Methodist Church Maryville. She retired from Baptist Hospital after 17 years. Mary Jane enjoyed refinishing furniture, most of which graces the homes of her family members. In addition, she spent countless hours cooking for her family and was most known for her lemon pie, biscuits and gravy, and fried fish and hushpuppies. Mary Jane thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, who called her Mamoo. Survivors include: Husband of 62 years, Clayton Mack “Ernie” Pyle; Sons & Daughters-in-law, John Pyle, Steve & Cynthia Pyle, and Jeff & Lori Pyle; Grandchildren, Alexandria & Brad Clower, Emilee Pyle, Mackenzie Pyle, Keller Pyle, Adam Pyle, and Zackary Pyle; Great-Grandchildren, Rory & Calloway; Brothers & Sisters-in-law, Bernard & Helen Swart, Pat & Lois Swart, and Joe & Diane Swart; numerous nieces and nephews; Special Friends, Charles & Harriet Irwin, Kathy Porter, Rhonda & Holden Lail, Melody McCord, and Bret Shaw. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM, Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Smith Trinity Chapel.
