Mary Ann (Phillips) Brumbaugh

Mary Phillips Brumbaugh, age 54, after a valiant struggle against an aggressive and rare form of cancer peacefully entered into the presence of our Lord with her loving husband by her bedside, on July 13, 2015, 9:25am at University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. Born April 17, 1961, Mary was a lifetime member of Broadway Baptist Church of Maryville, Tennessee. She served a church librarian for 36 years and as the head church librarian for the last 20 years. She is survived by her husband Ray Paul Brumbaugh II, parents Max and Barbara Phillips, sister and brother-in-law Debbie and Michael Wilson, niece Amy Wilson, father and mother-in-law Ray P. and Joyce Brumbaugh, sister-in-law Nancy R. Sylvia, niece Elizabeth Wofford, brother and sister-in-law George and Joyce G. Brumbaugh, nephew Jacob Brumbaugh and niece Amelia Brumbaugh. Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00 PM, Friday, July 17, 2015 at Broadway Baptist Church Maryville with funeral service following at 7:00 PM with Rev. Tony Collins officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 18, 2015 at East Maryville Baptist Church.
