Mary Elizabeth Langford

Langford, Mary Elizabeth Hammontree age 84 of Maryville passed away Thursday, June 1, 2006 at her home. She was a member of Laurel Bank Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Floyd & Lina Hitch Hammontree; Brother, Dennis Hammontree; Sister, Francis Helton. Survivors include, Husband of 66 years, Homer E. Langford; Daughter & Son-in-law, Wanda & Leon Robinson of Chattanooga; Sons and Daughters-in-law, Paul & Delores Langford of Knoxville, Don & Beth Langford of Chattanooga; Son, Wayne Langford of Maryville; Grandchildren, Ronnie & Terry Robinson, Cindy Foster of Chattanooga, Scott & Mike Langford, Missy Turner of Knoxville, Tony Langford of Chattanooga, Tim Langford of New Orleans, Addie Langford Hawkins of Maryville; 12 Great-Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Quality Home Health and Blount Memorial Hospice and her personal caregivers. Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 3, 2006 at Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Rev. Bill Ailey officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Sunday, June 4, 2006 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment.
