Mary Lorene Hubbs

Mary Elizabeth Lorene “Renie” Hubbs passed away and joined her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Fairpark Nursing Home surrounded by her family.   Lorene was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  She retired from the Aluminum Co of America after 34 years of service and was a proud Alcoa Tornado for life. Lorene was preceded by:  mother and daddy, Anna Rose White and Sam White; stepmother, Eula White; sister-in-law, Shirley White; brothers-in-law, Wayne Bohanan and Don Hubbs; and cherished Dior the Wonder Dog.  She is survived by:  husband of 67 years, Earl Hubbs; daughter and son-in-law, Leigh Anne (Larry) Ellis; grandchildren, Josh Ellis (Brandy); Anna Large (David); great-grandchildren, Everett Ellis, Charlie and Janie Large; treasured brothers, Troy White and Mike Allen; special sisters-in-law, Edna Hubbs, Christine Bohanan, and Susie Hubbs; nieces and nephews.
