Mary Ellen Finger

Mary "Ellen" Montgomery Finger age 73 of Maryville went to be with Jesus, her Savior, on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at her daughters home surrounded by her family and friends. She was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church and was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who loved her church family. Preceded in death by: Parents, James E. & Sibyl Montgomery; Brothers, Jim & Wayne Montgomery. Survivors include: Husband, Harold Finger; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Gail & Doug Burns and Bobbie & Gary Fields; Step-Daughter, Kim Pearson; Grandchildren, Tyler & Taylor Burns, Lauren & Kristen Fields, and Caleb Suttonfield; Brother & Sister-in-law, Jody & Sherry Montgomery; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Anita & Chester Haynes, Faye & Ted Kennedy, and Judy & Charlie Douglass; Special friends, Judy Hatfield and Jeannie Harless; Special friend & caregiver, Carol Burchfield; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral service will be at 2:30 PM, Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Gary Thomas officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 3:45 PM, Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Pine Grove Cemetery for the interment.
