Mary L. Bradley

Mary “Cindy�? Bradley, of Venice, FL, age 86, went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2011. She moved to Maryville in 2006, and was a member of Friendsville First Baptist Church. Cindy was a lover of people and was a friend to many. Her kids and grandkids loved her excitement about life and travel. Cindy was born in Ellisville, MS, in 1924. She had 5 children with her late husband, William Bradley, of Richton, MS. She was preceded in death by her children, Mary Nell Bradley of Ellisville, MS; Rev. Frank Bradley of Venice, FL; parents, Hulon & Sarah Pitts of Ellixville; brothers, Buddy Pitts, Thomas Pitts, Julius Pitts; sisters, Lucille Herrington, Helen Holder, and Jane Duca. Survivors include: sons & daughters-in-law, Rev. Roger & Glenda Bradley of Labelle, FL, Rev. Larry & Pat Bradley of Maryville, TN; daughter & son-in-law, Mickie & Dr. Bob Arrington of Inverness, FL; grandsons & wives, Keith & Cindy Bradley, Michael & Jenn Bradley, and Jeff & Deb Arrington; granddaughters & husbands, Tammie Joubert, Kim Orr, Melissa & Ricky Thompson, Jennifer & Shawn Fletcher; 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law, Earl & Delores Pitts, Tommy & Beth Pitts, and Bill & Belinda Pitts; sisters & brothers-in-law, Hazel Thornton, Rachel & Jack Oloughlin, and Mrs. Betty Pitts. She also leaves endeared nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, designated donations can be made in memory of Mary Bradley to the mission fund of Victory Baptist Church, 1025 Montvale Road, Maryville, TN 37803 or Blount Memorial Hospice, 1095 East Lamar Alexander Pkwy., Maryville, TN 37804. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, MS. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Larry Bradley and Rev. Roger Bradley. Interment will immediately follow at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery in Ellisville, MS.
