Preceded in death by: Parents, Thomas Ross and Lula Lowry Cook; Stepson, Kevin Griffith Hagy; Sister, Nola Elizabeth Schaffer; Brothers, James Carson Cook; Brother-in-law, Raleigh Moore; First Husband, James Maurice Nichols Sr.; Son-in-law, Carl Fortner Jr. She will be missed by Husband, Albert Hagy; Children, JM Nichols Jr. (Donna) of GA, Sheila Fortner of Maryville, Martha Davis of FL, Thomas Albert Nichols of AR, Pat Kirkland (David) of Dayton, TN; 12 Grandchildren; 15 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Stepsons, Harley Hagy, Albert (Jamie) Hagy; Daughter-in-law, Christina Hagy of Maryville, TN; 6 Step-Grandchildren; Brother, T.R. Cook Jr. (Betty) of Vienna, VA; Sisters, Joyce Sweis of CA, Quincetta (Wilford) Bookout of Maryville, Mary Rose Moore of Rising Fawn, GA, Jewell Frazier (George) of Dayton, TN, and Gena Robin Smith of Spring City, TN.
