Martha Darlene Grubb

Martha "Darlene" Grubb age 58 of Maryville died Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the family home. She was a very loving and compassionate wife, mother, and nana. She was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church where she was the Nursery Coordinator for over 20 years. She retired from Maryville Pediatric Group. She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Lopasser. Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Al Grubb; daughter and son-in-law, Bethany and Chad Riddle of Maryville; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Annette Grubb of Maryville; grandchildren, Brentley and Ansley Riddle, Foster, Katie Belle, Theodore Grubb, and a grandchild expected this July; mother, Martha M. Lopasser of Maryville; brother and sister-in-law, James (Butch) and Terry Lopasser of Alabama; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rev. Glenn and Kathleen Grubb of Maryville and a host of close family and friends. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Madison Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Glenn Cummings officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Grandview Cemetery for the Interment.
