Martha Eleanor Crisp

Martha E. Crisp age 82 of Maryville passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Morning View Transitional Care. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Shadyside Chapter 581. Martha was a retired Registered Nurse at Blount Memorial Hospital. She loved her family, ESPN sports, traveling, quilting, sewing, baking and cooking. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed by those who knew her. Preceded in death by: Daughter, Sherry Crisp. Survivors include: Son, Mike Crisp of Maryville; Daughters & Son-in-law, Denise & Joe Bednar of Maryville and Janet Theado of Cincinnati, OH; Grandchildren, Alex Theado and Caity Theado of Cincinnati, OH, Justin Smith of Greenville, SC, Brent Crisp of Valdosta, GA, Dalton Crisp of Maryville, and Joe Bednar, Jr. of Seminole, FL; Great-Grandchildren, Victor Smith and Vincent Smith of Greenville, Teagan Crisp of Valdosta, GA, and sister of Teagan to be born in May 2017; Brothers & Sister-in-law, Edward “Bud” Campbell of Maryville and Douglas & Bobbie Campbell of Walland; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Mary Lynn & Jack Milsaps of Vonore and Deloris & David Gilreath of Franklin, TN; many nieces, nephews, and other family also survive. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM, Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Smith Chapel.
