Marleitta M. Cooper

Marleitta M. Cooper passed away suddenly on Dec 8, 2019. She leaves behind her husband of 52 years, Dan Cooper; a brother, Jim Mahoney; and 5 children both biologic and found: Brian, Emily, Jaime, Jonathan, and Sandy. Marleitta was active in the Alpha Delta Kappa teacher’s sorority, Sam Houston Historic School House, Smokey Mountain Quilters, and Fairview Methodist Church. A service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, Dec 21, 2019 at 3pm at Fairview Methodist Church in Maryville, visitation will begin at 1pm.
