Marilyn Lee Caldwell

Marilyn Lee Caldwell went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Born February 28, 1927 in Ashe County, NC. She moved to Blount County in 1951 with her husband Roger Charles (RC) Caldwell where they founded Caldwell Fence Co. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Husband, Roger Caldwell; Son, Charles Caldwell. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Larry & Pat Caldwell of Maryville; Daughter & Son-in-law, Valerie and Stuart Roberts of Birmingham, AL; Son, David Caldwell of Maryville; Grandchildren, Toby Caldwell, Christy Caldwell, Nicole Roberts, and Ian Roberts; One Great-Grandson. The family would like to express a special thank you to caregiver Mildred Hicks for the love, care, and compassion given during her illness. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 23, 2012 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Greg Long officiating and music by Greg Wilson. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
