Marie Rogers age 82 of Maryville passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Old Piney Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Husband, Earl Rogers; Parents, I.E. & Lilly Butler; Sister, Geneva Butler; Brothers, Clifford, Otha, and Garfield Butler. Survivors include: Son, Gary Rogers; Grandchild, Dakota Helton; Brother, Pearson Butler; Niece, Iva Butler & several other nieces and nephews; Special friends, Sarah Potter & Jerri Keller. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Rex Everett officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Grandview Cemetery.
