Marguerite “Louise” (Andrick) Jones, 90, of Morristown, TN departed for Heaven on the morning of December 25, 2018 at Brookdale Sandy Springs Assisted Living Center in Maryville, TN. She was born in Philippi, WV on February 26, 1928 to Herbert Andrick and Olive (Dadisman) Andrick. Louise had a Bachelors degree in Journalism and worked as an editor in the Chicago area for several years. She spent many years working at the Palatine News Agency. She was also the church secretary at the First Baptist Church in Palatine, IL. She relocated to Morristown with her late husband after retiring. Louise loved entertaining people. During holidays she made sure everyone had some place to go. She often invited people who didn’t have anyone to spend holidays with to her home. She was a giver with a servant’s heart. She also loved reading and doing Cryptograms. She was a faithful member of Manley Baptist Church and was known as a prayer warrior. Louise is survived by her son Leslie (Sherri) Jones; her daughter Jennifer (Carey) Clark; grandchildren Charity Clark, Stacey Jansen, Joel Shuman, Jesse Shuman, April Evans, and Justin Shuman; many great grandchildren; her sister Patty Ashcraft; and many nieces and nephews. Louise was preceded in death by both her parents; her husband Warren “Ben” Jones; her son J.B. Shuman; her brother Victor Andrick; and her sister Jean Shroyer. Going Home Service will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Visitation 11 am-12 pm with the service starting at 12 pm at Wilson Schramm Spaulding Funeral Home in Middletown, OH. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Woodside Cemetery. Louise supported missionaries through CRU for more than 40 years.
