Lynn Frederick Underwood

Lynn Frederick Underwood age 66 of Maryville passed away Friday, January 16, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Lynn grew up in Otego, NY near Cooperstown where the Baseball Hall of Fame is. He has lived in Maryville since 1978. He was retired from 84 Lumber Company and was a former Lowe's employee. Lynn was an avid collector of owls. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, son, and husband. Preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Burnside Underwood. Survivors include his wife, Anne Underwood; sons, Benjamin Underwood, Michael Underwood, Justin Underwood and wife, Jessica; daughters, Amy Underwood, Kathleen Vance and husband, David, Jennifer Underwood; grandchildren, Megan and Zoe Underwood, Madison Vance, Grant and McKinley Vance; father, Frederick Irving Underwood; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph and Joanne Underwood, Ross and Rosa Underwood, Jerry and Cindy Underwood, Scott and Sherry Underwood; sister, Dale Joyce. Funeral Mass will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Comunita Cenacolo, 1050 Talleyrand Road, Jackson, FL 32206.
