Lucy "Lou" Neubert

Lucy “Lou” Neubert, age 87 of Maryville, TN passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Foothills Transitional Care. Lou was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church and retired from the Maryville City School System. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mattie Mize; brothers, Clarance, Robert, Fred, and Tom Mize; sister, Mary Neubert; special sister-in-law, Ann Vest . She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Neubert, Sr.; son and daughter-in-law, William “Bill” Neubert, Jr. (Rita); daughter, Sherry Reagan; grandchildren, Dusty Reagan (Mary Beth), Holly Reagan, Stephanie Neubert, Stephanie Lawson; great-grandchildren, Liam Reagan, Teddy Reagan; sister, Mildred DeArmond (Herb); special nephew, Al Neubert (Ava); special family friends, Mary Newman, Debbie Teffeteller, Kelly Teffeteller, Lori Teffeteller, and Jen Wood. Friends may sign the guest book on Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM at Smith Funeral & Cremation Service. Family and friends will assemble on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Grandview Pavilion and Legacy Trail for a graveside service officiated by Rev. George Macht. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in honor of affected family members.
