LTC (Retired) Paul G. Bowers age 80 of Hendersonville, NC passed away peacefully Sunday, November 25, 2018 at his home. He served 26 years in the US Army, Retired Lieutenant Colonel who served 3 tours in Vietnam. Paul was a faithful and treasured father, adored brother, son, and uncle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virginia Steadman Bowers and Genezo Guy Bowers; sister, Evelyn B. Sweet. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Paula and John Evans; grandchildren, Jessica Morgan, Connor Jeffrey; sister, Margaret B. Dalton; nephews, Terry Dalton, Mike and Mark Arrington.
