Dr. Louise Laverne Gann

Dr. Louise L. Gann age 87 of Alcoa, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a longtime member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church and very involved in the missions program for many years with a passion for the people of India. Louise was a world traveler and was very proud of her extensive education touching many lives with her teaching and testimony. She was a loving and devoted, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by: Husband, Rev. Gene Gann; Son-in-law, Joe Worley; Three Sisters. Survivors include: Daughter, Brenda Worley of Alcoa; Daughter & Son-in-law, Jan & J.R. Headrick of Maryville; Grandchildren, Chris Worley of Maryville, Carissa Smith of Germany, Adam Shope of Maryville; Special Granddaughter, Belinda Folger of Alcoa; Great-Grandchildren, Katie McKee of Alcoa, Molly McKee & Jonathan Lawson of Maryville, Emma Worley & Mason Worley of Maryville, Gabrial Smith of Germany; Great-Great-Grandchild, Kennedy Lawson of Maryville.
