Floro, Louise (Whitehead) "Momma Lou" "Owee" age 78 passed away Friday morning, May 4, 2007 from a long courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by: Parents, Andy & Ann Whitehead; Sister, Bea Hall; Brothers, Archie & Lester Whitehead. Leaving behind her husband, Marvin Floro having shared 59 years of marital bliss. Other survivors, Daughters, Rita & Eric Von Sacken and Laney Owens; Son, Mike Floro; Grandchildren, Brandon Floro, Derek Von Sacken, Drew Ewing, close grandson, Daniel Owens and her "one and only" Granddaughter, Jenny Louise Owens; Two Great-Grandchildren; Special sisters, Peggy Whitehead and Zelda & Jim Hitson; Special brothers, Lloyd & Marie, Chet & Reva, Homer & Betty, Ollie & Pat, Bud & Faye; Sister-in-law, Evelyn Whitehead. She will be greatly missed by family and friends near and far. Owee is finally at peace and at her heavenly home. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Sunday, May 6, 2007 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Rex Everett officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 7, 2007 at Old Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment.
