Linda Sue Hooper

Linda Sue Hooper age 59 of Greenback went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 9, 2009 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She attended 1st Apostolic Church in Maryville and was a retired investigator with the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. She was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing, hunting, and camping. She was a die-hard Lady Vols fan. She was a wonderful mother and a true friend who will be deeply loved and missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by: Parents, Clyde & Mary Bumgarner. Survivors include: Daughters, Crystal Dawn Evans and Angela Welch both of Maryville; Brother, Clyde Bumgarner Jr. of Maryville; Sister, Pat Pickens of Maryville; Special friend, April LeMaster, Tammy Waggner, Joe McCoy; Special pet, Butch; many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 PM, Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 1st Apostolic Church of Maryville with Rev. Kenny Carpenter officiating.
