Linda Atkins Cooper

Linda Atkins Cooper age 48 of Friendsville, went to be with the Lord her God and Savior on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at UT Hospital after a courageous fight against cancer. Born August 26, 1963 in Blount County, TN. She was a faithful servant of Jesus Christ she spent her life helping and encouraging other, even until her last day. Her life’s passion was her husband, daughters and grandbabies. Survived by: Loving Husband of 26 years, Raymond Kenneth Cooper Jr. (Raym); Daughter Brittany Wickert & husband Will; Daughter, Ashley Cooper; Grandchildren, Cooper & Lucy Wickert; Parents, Rudolph & Sue Atkins; Siblings, Myra Myers, Norma Cowan & husband Jimmy, Joann Lane, Betty Gregory & husband Marty, Randy Atkins & wife Wenona, Rhonda Byrd & husband Steve, Sandy Clark & husband Tim; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Thanks to all family, friends and church member who prayed for Linda throughout this journey. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Grandview Cemetery with Dr. Mark Grubb officiating.
