Leviticus Phillip Michael Crabtree, infant son of Douglas and Melissa Crabtree of Maryville, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Children's Hospital. Survivors also include his grandparents, Margaret Lemanski, Larry Crabtree, David and Phyllis Union all of Maryville, and Dennis and Linda McPherson of California; Godmother, Vicky Cromwell of Louisville and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 29, 2007 in the Smith West Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Crisp officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at Grandview Cemetery for Interment.
