Lester Calvin Boring

Lester Calvin Boring age 86 of Maryville passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at his home. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in WW II. Preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Yvonne Steele; parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Boring; one sister and six brothers. Survivors include his wife, Janie Boring; son, Terry Taylor; daughters, Tena Taylor and Janice Ann Hemmerle and husband, Steve; step-daughters, Yvonne Muric and Tammey Davis and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Danny and wife, Tonya, Lori, Madonna, Dana, Aimee, Joshua, Kristen, Rifeta, Elvina, Zachary, Mirsada, Bo, and Brandon; great grandchildren, Chris, Dylan, Deana, Michelle, Blair, Hailey, Kiera, and Chasity; great-great grandson, Trey;brother, Bob Boring and wife, Jerry; sister, Yvonne Davis; he also leaves behind his pride, Blue Boy, and several nieces and nephews and other family members. The family would like to thank all the family members and friends that have helped them throughout the years, special mention to Jerry and Evelyn Russell, Paul Boring, and Bob and Jerry Boring. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral & Cremation Service. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2012 in the Smith West Chapel with Rev. Larry Teaster officiating.
