Leslie Davis Teffeteller “Papaw Let�? age 83 of Maryville went to be with his Lord Thursday, January 27, 2011 surrounded by his family. He was a member of Pecks Memorial United Methodist Church. Mr. Teffeteller retired from Maryville College after 48 years of dedicated service. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. Preceded in death by: Wife, Betty Jane Teffeteller; Parents, Lemuel & Rachel Teffeteller; Brother, Lowell Teffeteller; Great-Grandson, Nicholas Teffeteller. Survivors include: Sons & Daughters-in-law, Harold & Rita Teffeteller and Don & Anita Teffeteller; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Sandy & Joe Everett and Sharon & Kent Harveston; Grandchildren, Steve & wife Debbie Teffeteller, Cheryl & husband Jamie Raby, David & girl friend Noelle, Tim & girl friend Cassandra, Brandon Harveston, Leslie & husband Nate Milligan, Brent Harveston; Six Great-Grandchildren, Scottie, Emily, Andrea, Chris, Hannah, and Bryson and one Great Grandchild due in April; Great-Great-Granddaughter, Maddy; Brothers & Sisters-in-law, Kenneth & Jean Teffeteller, Randall & Edna Teffeteller, and Glenn Teffeteller; a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Tony Brown officiating. Interment will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 30, 2011 at East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery.
