Leonard Teeple

Leonard Thomas "Gchi-Mukwa" Teeple, age 49, of Rockford, TN, crossed to the other side to be with our Lord on March 19, 2015. he fought a long and hard battle for 5 years with throat cancer. Leonard was of the Catholic faith; an electrician by trade belonging to the IBEW in Detroit. He was a good and giving person. He was preceded in death by daughter, Amanda Teeple, brother, Gary Teeple, grandparents, Edmund and Beulah Teeple, and Bill and Vina West. He leaves behind a son, Hunter, daughters, Shania of Rockford and Lynnsey Breeden of Knoxville; His parents Gene and Faye Teeple of Louisville, TN, and nephew Dustin, nieces Heather, Brittany, and Destiney and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Special thanks for Cydna Savage, Hospice Nurse, Pam, Jesse, Sheila, and Christina for your special care giving. The family and friends will be received at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church on Monday, March 23, 2015 between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. with the Funeral Mass to follow at 3:00 p.m. with Father Bill McNeeley officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Mission Hill Cemetery, Bay Mills, MI.
