Lennie Irene Headrick Stephens age 96, of Maryville passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Brookdale Browns Creek.  Preceded in death by her husband of fifty-six years Charles Greene Stephens: parents, Hugh Edward Headrick and Cora Cummings Headrick; Brothers, John Maynard Headrick, Gene Headrick, Charles Headrick, Mayford Headrick and Homer Headrick; Sisters, Charity Chang and Edna Teffeteller. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Bonnie and Michael Erwin, Christy and Gary Martin; Grandson, Charles Erwin; great grandsons, Quinton Erwin and Justin Erwin; Many nieces and nephews and special niece Betty Headrick Hood; Many friends, family and caregivers.
