Lela Mae Smith Bozeman, age 90, of Louisville, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 at Asbury Place of Maryville. Lela spent most of her life in Chicago, Ill before moving to Louisville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Smith; son-in-law, Dennis Satterfield; brothers and sisters-in-law, Howard Jr. and Betty Smith, Donnie and Mary Smith, and Robert Frank Smith; sisters and brother-in-law, Edna Ruth and Glenn Millsaps, Ann and Bill Bradley, and Jean Millsaps; She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Satterfield; grandchildren and spouses, Tim and Kristi Satterfield, Brian and Billie Jo Satterfield; great-grandchildren, T.J. Dawson, Tucker Satterfield, Xavier and Lauren Satterfield; great-great-grandchildren, Robbie Bryant and Jordan Farris; special nephew, Rick Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Marian Smith, and Oscar and Jo Ann Smith; sister-in-law, Marianna Smith; several nieces and nephews and other families also survive. Family and friends will assemble for a Celebration of Lela's life on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Grandview Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. James Wells officiating.
