Survivors include: Daughter, Jana Beth Sargent; Grandchildren, Cassie Plemons, John Paul Lusby, and Jordan McBurnette; Sister, Doris Samples; Special Niece and Caregiver, Anita Story & Jim; several other nieces and nephews.
