Laura Carolyn Brickett

Laura Carolyn Hutchinson Brickett, age 82, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital, Maryville, TN following a long illness. She was born in Knoxville, attended Knoxville High School, graduated from the University of Tennessee, was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and served in several administrative assistant positions. She enjoyed reading, golf, the beach, and loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter H. Brickett, parents Laura and Chase Hutchinson, and grandparents Laura and George F. Barber and Caroline and Richard Hutchinson; She is survived by her sister, Jeanette H. Underwood, and brother and sister-in-law, C. Chase and Judith Hutchinson of Maryland along with five nephews, ten grand-nieces and grand-nephews; Special thanks to Kaddie Barber and Blount Memorial Hospital for their loving care and concern. Family & friends will assemble at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007 at Greenwood Cemetery, Knoxville for graveside service and interment with Rev.
