Larry Eugene Woods

Larry Eugene Woods (Woody) went to meet the Lord on Monday, May 21, 2007. Larry was a Retired Master Sgt. with 27 years of service with the 134th Air National Refueling Guard Unit at McGhee Tyson. Larry was loving and giving son, brother, husband, father, grandpaw, and uncle. Preceded in death by: father, Herbert L. Woods; Brother, Sister-in-law and nephew, Garry, Andrea and Gary Lee Woods. Survivors include: Mom, Ruby Woods; Wife, Edwina Woods; Sisters, Sharron Smith and Karren Cox; Brother and Sister-in-law, Steve & Cindy Woods; Sons, Chris & Jeff Woods, Darrin & Sheri Lakins; Grandchildren, Sarah and Brock Woods and Jacob Lakins; blessed with many nieces and nephews. A reception will be held from 5:00 until 6:30 PM, Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the Life Event Center. A visitation and memorial service will follow at Smith Mortuary with eulogy at 7:45 PM.
