Kenneth Leith, Jr.

Kenneth Randolph Leith, Jr. age 67 of Madisonville, TN, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was employed for 42 years with Novartis Pharmaceutical Company. Ken was preceded in death by his mother and father, Ruth and Kenneth R. Leith, Sr. (Toledo, OH). He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sheila Wellman Leith; Daughters: Kimberly (Philip) Lord of Nashville; Shari (James) Hart of Nashville; Erin (William) Hughes of Knoxville; four grandchildren: his most-favorite granddaughter, Kylie Ellis Marino; three amazing grandsons, William Oliver Hart, Spencer James Hart, and Nicholas Felix (Nick-Nick) Hughes; Brother, Warren (Jean) Leith of Pflugerville, TX; Sister-in-laws, Lisa (Marty) Carey, Teresa Escobar; Brother-in-laws: Chuck (Sandi) McDonald, Brad (Tonya) McDonald; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; Special Friends: Robert Bold, Rick Fischer, Bobbi Fogg, Martin & Sandy Gabel, Dr. Stephen Pershing; Special ‘Son,’ Chadwick Haynes; family members and friends, far too many to list, but those whose lives were forever changed having known Ken. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service at this time. There will be a Celebration of His Life this summer on what would have been his 68th birthday.
