Kenneth E. Johnson

Kenneth E. Johnson, age 78, left this earth to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Our hearts are heavy with grief but we rejoice in the assurance that we will see him again. Kenneth was a long time member of Wildwood Baptist Church where he taught a Sunday School Class that he dearly loved. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. Kenneth loved studying the Bible, spending time with his family, especially his great-grandchildren, restoring John Deere tractors, the outdoors, and wildlife. Preceded in death by: Parents, Wade & Nell Johnson. He leaves behind a loving family to cherish memories of the great man he was. Wife, Meralene; Children, Karen & Steve Reagan, Beth Hearon, Mark & Missy Johnson; Grandchildren, Jimmy & Miranda Reagan, Jake & Allison Reagan, Andy & Kacie Hearon, Matt & Jamey Hearon, Chad Johnson, Jessica and Toki McCray; Great-Grandchildren, Clark, Abram, Avery, Lily, Donovan and Elijah; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Mary & Dale McCammon, Judy & Bill Clabough, Jane & Hugh Hardman; sisters-in-law, Nellie Patty & Jean Malone; many special nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 PM, Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 4:00 PM, Sunday, with Rev. Craig Carlson officiating.
