Kathy Garland

Kathy A. Garland, age 61, of Maryville, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Gary; daughter, Angelia and fiancé, Wesley; daughter, Sherri and husband, Erick; daughter, Rebecca and husband, Stephen; and son, Phillip. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, Mahalia, Delaney, Audrianna, Ethan, and Olivia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Grace Bledsoe, and brother, Jack Adams. She was a loving and warm woman to all, and many called her a good friend. She found and treasured many joys in her life. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Smith Funeral & Creation Service. She will be laid to rest at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
