Judith Ann Patton Killman, Cdr, USN Nurse Corp, passed away March 17, 2024 in Maryville,  TN. 

Born February 4, 1944 in Hartford, KY and grew up in the Rough River Locks community, going to school in Hartford. KY. After high school graduation she joined the Navy as an Enlisted corpsman in the Nurse corp. Upon completion of that tour of duty, she attended college in Evansville, IN receiving a degree in nursing. Enlisting back in the Navy Nurse Corp as a Lt. and spent a total of 26 years serving our country in the Navy Nurse Corp, obtaining the rank of Cdr before retiring to Danville, Il and going to work for the VA hospital. Several years later she was asked to transfer to the VA hospital at Nashville, TN and moved to White House, TN to do so. She retired from the VA and after a medical situation, she moved to Maryville, TN to be closer to family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Gaydon John and Sally Cass Patton, her husband, Robert Killman, Sgt, USMC, her brother, Timothy Rowan Patton.

Survived by brother David C Patton, Maryville, TN, and sister Rebecca Jill Connolly of Colorado Springs, CO, and many nieces and nephews.
