Juanita Stanfield Tarkenton

Juanita S. Tarkenton age 80 of Maryville, formerly of Greensboro, NC, passed away Monday, October 22, 2012 at Kindred Transitional Care Center. Juanita was born in Danville, VA to Willie and Bertha Stanfield. Her long time employers were Woolworth and Wrangler. She was a long time member of Eller Memorial Baptist Church in Greensboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Benditz (John) of Louisville, TN; grandsons, Nathan Benditz of Knoxville, TN and Benjamin Benditz (Michelle) of Maryville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at their convenience on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Smith Funeral & Cremation Service.
