Joyce Campbell Bogart

Joyce Campbell Bogart, 78 of Maryville, passed away August 16, 2013. Joyce was born in Harlan County, Kentucky to Bessie and Pleasant Campbell on August 27, 1934. She grew up in Maryville and moved to Chicago, IL where she became a diehard Cubs fan. Joyce moved to Maryville after retirement to be closer to her sisters. She enjoyed trips to Cades Cove with the family and meeting new friends through the years. Joyce had no children but has three surviving sisters, Evelyne Presley (Richard, deceased) Maryville; Juanita Meiller (Floyd) Alcoa; and Betty Fayette (Edward) Chapin, SC. She also has many nieces and nephews who will miss their "Joycie" dearly. Family will receive friends from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Monday, August 19, 2013 at Smith Funeral & Cremation. A graveside service will be held immediately following the receiving of friends, at Clark's Grove Cemetery.
