John Edward Wilburn

John E. Andy Wilburn age 74 of Maryville went home to be with the Lord Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean Conflict. John retired from Allied Signal and Levi's Corp. He was of the Baptist faith. Andy was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by: Parents, John & Pearl Wilburn; Sister, Louise McMahan; 3 sibling brothers. Survivors include: Wife, Martha Jane Wilburn; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Kim & Terry Alexander of Maryville and Tiffany Kay & Eddie Davis of Maryville; Grandchildren, Jayson Alexander, Amyee Alexander, Allison Alexander, Ashlee Davis, Noah Davis, and Laci Davis all of Maryville; Brother & Sister-in-law, James L. & Nancy Wilburn of Maryville; Sister, Emma Dean Rutherford of Gary, IN; Special Pet, Max. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 18, 2010 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. George Macht officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
