John H. Whitehead Jr. age 73 of Maryville, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at home. He retired from ALCOA after 30 years of service. Preceded in death by: Parents, John & Daisy Whitehead. Survivors include: Wife, Kay Whitehead; Daughter, Deana Ferguson; Granddaughter, Olivia Ferguson; Sisters, Lola Waldo & husband T.J. and Joyce Walker; Brothers, Lee Whitehead of Maryville and Sam Whitehead of Oklahoma City, OK; Nephews, Jeff Walker, Larry Waldo, and Terry Whitehead; Step Children, Scotty Holder and Kellie Hill; 6 Step Grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM.
