He was preceded in death by: Parents, H.L. & Lucille Kelley; Adopted Son, Kelvin Kelley; Brother, Rayford Kelley; Twin Sister, Paulette Kelley Arwood and Sister, Virginia Kelley Jackson. Survivors include: Sons, John Paul Mashburn & wife Blaine, Donald Leeroy Mashburn & wife Cheri, Shane Kelley & wife Heather; Twin Daughters, Sharon Burnett & fiancé, Jason McCoy and Teri Kay Newman & husband Ted; Grandchildren, Misty Watson & Colin, Patty Sue Fuller & Adam, Destiny Gibson, Taylor Boone, Thomas Newman & fiancé Emma Smegal, Tucker Newman, Ashton Mashburn, Andon Mashburn, Royce Leeroy Mashburn and Justice "Lemky" Kelley; Great Grandchildren, Noah, Gavin, and Boston; Brother, Don H.
