John Greene

John Greene age 60 of Friendsville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 4, 2018 at UT Hospital. He was a Deacon at Friendsville First Baptist Church and was very involved in the building projects at the church. He worked at ALCOA and was a member of their 25-Year Club. John was also the owner of John Greene Builders. He loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Parents, Hugh & Mary Evelyn Greene; Father-in-law, Tom Potter. Survivors include: Wife, Randi Greene; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Jonathan & Tabitha Greene and Jeff & Heather Greene; Four Grandchildren, Zach, Madison, Logan, and Barrett; Father & Mother-in-law, Ken & Teffe Tuck; Brothers & Sisters-in-law, Tom & Vicky Greene, Edmond & Betty Greene; Special Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Friendsville First Baptist Church. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bill Gowder officiating.
