John Wayne Frank

John Wayne Frank, 82, passed on April 19, 2023 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN. He is reunited in death with his beloved wife, Wanda; his parents, Arch and Eva Frank; and brother, Don Frank. He will be deeply missed by the family he cherished so much that includes his children, Tammie Kee (Jeff) of Murfreesboro and Jim Frank of Knoxville; grandchildren, Lauren Szkudlarek-Kee (Martyna) of London, UK and Matthew Kee of Murfreesboro. He had many special friends and family members with whom he loved sharing memories.

Wayne was a member of First Baptist Church, Friendsville. He proudly served in the Navy and is retired from Delta Airlines. He loved traveling, flying, boating, and could fix anything. His kind, gentle, and helpful spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Smith West Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, www.stjude.org. The Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Allen Leath officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM for Interment on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
