Joe Byrd

Joe Byrd age 75 of Rockford went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 13, 2019. He was a member of Tarklin Valley Baptist Church for 41 years and retired from White Lily Foods after 33 years. Joe was a 32nd degree Mason since the early 1970’s and enjoyed gospel singing, camping, and wood working. Preceded in death by his parents, George and Viola Byrd; grandson, Trent Byrd. Survived by his loving wife, Betty Joanne Byrd of 57 years; daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Chris Ingram, Carol and Taylor Scarbrough; son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Kelly Byrd; grandchildren, Emily and Zack Scarbrough, Logan Ingram, and Austin Byrd. Please join us as we celebrate his life on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Smith Trinity Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM.
