Jimmy Wade Waters

Jimmy Wade Waters age 64 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in Birmingham, Alabama while awaiting a heart transplant. He was a loving father and grandfather. He had a compassion for everyone he met especially children. Jimmy had a great relationship with his ex-wife, Susie Key and he loved his long time friend, Gary Teffeteller, like a brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Wade & Mary Hatcher Waters. Survivors include his daughters & sons-in-law, Dedee & Danny Armstrong; Misty & Tony Murr; grandchildren, Heather Armstrong, Misty Davis & husband, Marshall (and a soon to be born great grandchild), Kara Murr, Ryan Murr; sister, Shirley Waters; several nieces & nephews; and many other friends and family. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Friday, July 1, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm.
