Jessie Hall Black

Jessie Hall Black age 100, passed away, Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Colonial Hills Nursing Home in Maryville, TN. Mrs. Black was born July 8, 1909 in Memphis, TN, a daughter of Jesse & Ida Chatman Hall. She married John Hiatt Black December 23, 1928. He died April 4, 1967. Mrs. Black was a member of First Baptist Church of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She lived in Cape Girardeau until moving to Maryville at the age of 91. Preceded in death by: Daughter, Barbara Ann. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Robert Chatman & Jean Simmons Black; Daughter, Martha Anne Black; Two Grandchildren, Kevin John Black and Kimberly Black Dryja; Three Great-Grandchildren, Wyatt, Parker and Garrett Dryja all of Maryville.
