Jerry Collins Evans Sr. age 71 of Maryville passed away Monday, July 15, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Alcoa, Volunteer Action Civitan Group, Business Network International, and Blount Co. Chamber of Commerce. Preceded in death by: Father, V.N. Evans; Mother, Grace Lou Evans. Survivors include: Wife of 50 years, Jackie Evans; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Cal & Kathy Evans and Ashley & Briggette Evans; Daughter & Son-in-law, Shanda & Kirk Lyons; 8 Grandchildren; Brother & Sister-in-law, Michael & Glenda Evans. Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Friday, July 19, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Alcoa with Rev. Rocky Hodge and Rev. Fred Randles officiating. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM, Friday, July 19, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Alcoa.
