Jenny Rebecca Ebersole-Foster

Jenny Rebecca Ebersole-Foster, age 42 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at home. She was born December 26, 1973 in El Paso, TX and grew up in Houston, TX, Newburgh, IN, and Pittsburgh, PA. Jenny received a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in English from Clarion University in Pennsylvania and received a JD degree from The University of Tulsa. She practiced law in Oklahoma and Tennessee, most recently with Morgan & Akins in Jackson, TN. Jenny was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Maryville, TN. She is survived by grandmothers Carolyn Hunter, Maryville, TN and Ruth Ebersole, Lancaster, PA; parents Mary and Jerry Ebersole, Maryville, TN, husband Jeffery Foster, Jackson, TN, stepchildren, Haley and Ryan Foster, Jackson, TN, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service for Jenny will be held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Maryville, TN on Saturday, April 9 at 2:00 PM, followed by a committal of her ashes in St. Andrew's Memorial Garden, in turn followed by a reception in the Great Hall.
