Jeanette Shular Lewis

Jeanette Shular Lewis, resident of Las Vegas, NV, and former long-time Maryville resident, died Nov. 7, 2013, after a lengthy illness. Born May 23, 1939 to Glen and Katherine Shular, Jeanette married James Richard Lewis May 21, 1958. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Carol Holm, brother in law Bob Holm, sister in law Penny (Elsie) Lewis, brother in law Sam Chapman, and brother and sister in law Sam and Jackie McCollum. She is survived by daughter Kay (Mike) Lewis Wade of Shelbyville, KY; sisters Gerry Chapman, Las Vegas, NV, Betty (John) Dimitry, Deltona, FL, Phyllis (Fred) Elks, Thomasville, NC; brothers Bruce (Donna) Shular, Thomasville, NC, Leslie Leavitt, Jr.; Brother-in-laws Bill Lewis, Candler, NC, Harry (Alice) Lewis, Robbinsville, NC; nieces and nephews Sandy (Howard) Basch, Las Vegas, NV, Gary (Ronda) Holm, Las Vegas, NV, Mike (Bozena) Wiggins, Bonita Springs, FL, Becky Gibson, Maryville, TN, Cindy (Phillip) Benefield, Nashville, TN and special friends, Jerry Berry, Joyce Baldwin, and Darlene Carlson. A celebration of life ceremony was held in Las Vegas, November 11, 2013 and a service will be held Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel, Maryville before entombment.
