Jean Marie Roberts

Jean Marie Roberts, age 92, of Maryville passed away Thursday, September 06, 2012 at Asbury Place of Maryville. Jean was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church and was active in her community in the areas of both human and animal welfare. She was a member of the Faculty Women's Club of the University of Tennessee and also APTA, Ramsey House of Knoxville, The Sam Houston Historic Schoolhouse Guild of Alcoa and Maryville, and had been a CONTACT and Hospice volunteer. Preceded in death by: Parents, Muriel Rice Sandoz and Frank Sandoz of Toledo, Ohio. Survivors include: cousins Joan and Dennis Morgan of Maryland, Jon and Sharon Helms of Pennsylvania and George and Mary Ellen Beyers of Virginia and nieces and nephews in Virginia and Tennessee. Special friends Julie Nelson, Gretchen Prisock and Tom and Donna Faulkner of Maryville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 314 W.
