Jean I. Jones

Jones, Jean Gooch age 85 of Maryville passed away Saturday, June 30, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Maryville Church of Christ for 64 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Claud and Mary Gooch; brothers, Benny, Grey, and Cecil Gooch. Survivors include husband of 67 years, Robert (Bob) Jones; sons and daughters-in-law, Rex and Evelyn Jones, Don and Esther Jones, Bobby Jr. and Judy Jones; grandchildren, Greg Jones, Vicki and husband Ray Boruff, Rex and wife Christy Jones, Donnie and wife Christy Jones, Cheri and husband Curtis Wright, Josh and wife Adrian Jones, Erica Cain and Trey Cain; great grandchildren, Philip, Sean, Matt, Nick, Izzy, Channing, and Jessica; great-great granddaughter, Natalie; many nieces and nephews, church family and friends. The funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2007 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Funeral & Cremation Service with Herb Byrd Jr. officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
