Jay Cooper

Jay Cooper age 92 of Maryville, TN, went to be with his Lord on Monday, March 9, 2020. He was 92 years old and surrounded by family. Jay was a member of Six Mile Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by: wife of 70 years, Helen Cooper; parents, Kara & Lue Cooper; Siblings, Ray Cooper, Alvin Cooper, and Clay Cooper. He is survived by: Children, Larry Cooper, Dennis (Edna) Cooper, Rita (Ronnie) Rimmer; Grandchildren, Katie (Cole) Hannah, Brad (Kristian) Cooper, Kellie (Capt. Cody) Gaby, Andy (Tabatha) Cooper, and Kandace (Tyler) Bowen; Great-Grandchildren, Maggie Hannah, Luke Hannah and Reagan Cooper. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM with Rev. Clifton Hearon officiating.
